For the record, when you get abnormally low Lifebloom ticks on the PTR that’re far lower than the amount reported by other people, it might be worth checking to see if your talent points might have gotten reset.
So, for the record, I’m an idiot. It’s not 128 per sec/stack, it’s 160. This still is somewhat frustrating, but not as retire-the-side crippling as I’d presumed.
For the record, yes, I’m still mad. I’m not so brilliantly amazing at healing that I can be happy losing approximately 120 health per second in healing done over the course of a six-to-seven minute battle like Prince.
(Also for the record, while I don’t dispute my stupidity and negligence in failing to check my talent points, this is up to v7979, and it’s possible that the Lifeblooms have been modified. Unfortunately, due to the aforesaid idiocy on my part, I can’t confirm that.)

Whoops. Still, it’s a pretty unpleasant loss over the length of a fight, hurting our PvE viability for no clear reason.
